Differentiation of Crystal Head 5 and 6 Categories

The differences between the six types of crystal heads and the five types of crystal heads are as follows: structure, contact sheet, gold plating layer, line spacing, etc.

Generally speaking, the differences between the five and the six categories are as follows:

1. The structure is different. One single row is commonly used in the super five categories, and two-piece double row or three-piece double row is commonly used in the six categories. Only in this way can the test standards of the six categories be met.

2. The thickness of gold plating on contact sheet and gold sheet will not affect over five and six types. The thickness of gold plating generally varies from FU-50U.

3. Based on the line difference, the performance of the crystal head on the main connecting line, of course, which communication test requirements should be carried, such as a car, to pass through the bridge, then the bridge is equivalent to the role of the crystal head.

Can the Ultra Five and Six Crystal Heads be Universal?

Ultra-five and six kinds of network lines are the most commonly used network lines at present. Ultra-five types of network lines are generally used in domestic network lines. If Gigabit networks are to be used in the future, it is suggested that six types of networks be used. Generally, when we arrange the wire, we access the crystal head, while the crystal heads of the super five and six categories are different.

Can the Ultra Five and Six Crystal Heads be Universal?

In terms of specifications, the sizes and materials of super-five and six kinds of wire are the same. But the sizes of copper cores for super five and six types of wire mesh are different.

The copper core sizes of super five types of wire are about 0.45 to 0.51, while those of six types of wire are about 0.52 to 0.58. The copper cores of six types of wire mesh are thicker than those of five types of wire mesh. Because the copper cores of the two are different, the holes in the crystal head are also different.

The crystal heads of the six types of meshes are arranged in staggered layers, that is, in two rows, four above and four below. The crystal heads of the super five mesh lines are arranged in a straight line.
